'This was the perfect property for our family. The owner was always quick to respond with questions. The outside space was great to have with a screen in porch in case the bugs came out. The only downfall for the outside space was it was quite close to the two other units when you are all outside. Inside gave us all the room we needed for 6 people. We loved being able to pop over to the beach at night when we returned from our outings with it being so close. I would recommend this space for...

'The property is in an amazing location across the street from the beach and also walking distance to all the shopping/restaurants on Atlantic Ave. It is impeccably maintained and very clean. There is phone number you can text for anything you need (extra towels, etc) and the staff is very responsive. The AC is amazingly cold and effective (necessary in FL in July). The bed is a little hard, but overall I thought it was an excellent place for the price and would stay there again.'

'The check in process was very easy and the owner communicated the steps clearly to us with plenty of advance time. The space itself was very clean. The hallway had a smell once you got off the elevator, but it never made it's way into the unit. The tiki hut being on property was perfect. '

'I had an epiphany that I needed to spend my 60th birthday on the beach and this place exceeded my expectations! The Atlantic staff was very accommodating even though we rented through a private owner. The place was very nice...comfortable beds, giant bathroom with probably the best shower I have ever used and you can't beat the gorgeous views! I highly recommend staying here and definitely hope to come back again! Plenty of places close by to eat. I highly recommend checking out the Wine...

'The condo was as advertised. We had stayed here on a previous trip so knew we liked it. The only issue we had as with getting the wrong entry code but they were quick to respond and fix. Also, the elevators were not always properly working and the pool didn’t open until noon one day. Which is no fault of Vacasa. Overall a great trip.'

'I just loved how close the property was to the beach and not far from a bus stop as i travelled from Jamaica I was able to move around easily my 7 year old loved the property and the pool'
