'Communication was great and timely. Easy for Uber to pick us up from the apartment building. Grocery store was a few blocks away. There were a few coffee and pastry shops close by. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but it’s close within driving distance. '

'I always choose to stay here. Near Palermo for nightlife and restaurants, but nice and quiet. The area, Villa Crespo, I find safe and it is changing rapidly. Lots of new bars and restaurants. Casa San Jose is a beautiful historic building and the rooms are fitted out beautifully. The rooms are secure, and the kitchenettes perfect to make breakfast. I find it a very calming place to stay.'

'This is a hidden gem in a maybe not well known, but great Barrio in Buenos Aires, i.e. Almagro. Taxi and Uber work great and cost little, so within minutes you are in Palermo or other Barrios. The owner of Casa Umare, Pablo, was always available for any request and even provided us with metro cards. The house itself is a beautifully restored 100 year old mansion with matching art all around, mostly from Pablo, who is also a gifted artist.'
