'This was a great property and centrally located within walking distance of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property owner was responsive to all questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!'

'The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. My daughter saw a “large insect” that ran across the bathroom sink. I never saw it, so I can’t say what it might have been. I hope we didn’t bring a...

'General ok place to stay. However small rooms, can be noisy if other guest stay out long. And gap between door and floor is big. So expect crawling friends.'

'Excellent property in a perfect location to walk to most of the historic sites and local businesses. It is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food service is great. A wonderful stay. '

'The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. '

'Breakfast fruit was always rotten, milk was spoiled several times. Staff lied to me repeatedly and was exceptionally rude. Room was constantly dirty, had trouble getting fresh linens. People were repeatedly in my room during the day and I received no service on those days. One day returned to find my bed messed up and lights in the bathroom were still on. '

'We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!'
