'The property is in a great location, is comfortable, and well stocked. Some of the furniture is dated and worn. When we arrived, the carpets were filthy, but after reporting to Owners, they didn't send anyone to clean them for us. The dishwasher was broken (wouldn't drain) on Day 1 and Owner was unable to resolve during the entire week of our stay. Owners were apologetic, but only issued a nominal credit ($200; 3% of our total cost) for the inconvenience of having to hand wash dishes and dealing...

'Great condo, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as pictured. Loved being able to use the grill too. Our only disappointment was with the hot tubs. They were very crowded, mainly because only one or two were hot each day. The others were luke warm to cool. From talking to other guests, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we enjoy using a hot tub after a day of skiing and the availability of four hot tubs...

'This location is both a close walk to the ski lift and short walk to downtown Breck, so you get the best of both worlds. Also, I can’t say enough about the communication from the rental company, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for help.'

'My wife and I booked Daniel’s unit in Beaver Run and enjoyed a terrific week of skiing. The unit was a terrific fit for the two of us. Our adult daughter and her husband stayed with us also for two nights. They said the sleeper sofa was very comfortable. The unit was well equipped for basic cooking and we did make a few meals (tacos, eggs, etc). Everything was clean and operated well. The ski lockers are just steps from the Beaver Run lift giving us a terrific ski in / ski out experience....

'The location of this room is about as good as it gets for winter sports. You can leave the room, go to the locker room to grab your equipment and be in line at the beaver run ski lift within 5 minutes, and when you're done or want to take a break you can literally ski/snowboard up to the door of the locker room, jump in the elevator and be back at the room in just moments.'
