The gentleman who changed are room was very helpful as we requested to move to the other side of the hotel, away from the road (light sleepers) and they were happy to help. Would recommend to anyone, great place to stay and fantastic location for walking, cycling etc'

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning. Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet.
