'The place is ideally situated in a gated community overlooking the sea and a few steps away from Salty's Restaurant. It is a short walk to town up a switchback system to the Esplanade and its close to Sainsbury's. The apartment is lovely, comfortable and clean and is generally well supplied although it could have a few more things such as cork screw, colander, cheese grater etc. The parking space is really a bonus. The management company was responsive when we set off the fire alarm which is...

'The location was great for us. Accommodation clean and spacious enough for four adults and a dog. Lots of places to eat and drink near by. The communication with Phil was very good, he quickly responded to queries we had. We had a great weekend the dog loved running around the beaches. We would definitely look to stay at Franklyn House again. Thanks Phil '

'My friend and I had a great stay in this flat. It’s in an ideal location to the town and beach. The flat is clean and modern with plenty of room and nice balcony. All be it, we struggled with putting the oven on!! The hot water wasn’t on initially but it was sorted as soon as we let them know. There’s a car park opposite for £10 for 24hrs which we found perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here again. '

'We both loved the property, it was very clean and beautifully presented. In a very quiet location, within easy driving distance to lovely beaches and places of interest.What was a little disappointing was that there was no kitchen. A kettle, coffee and tea making facilities, water, and small fridge were supplied. (I should have checked the info more thoroughly). I would have liked a full sized fridge.Very easy to book and reasonably priced. '
