'The property, the location and amenities were all perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4. Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. 'My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. The cottage is well equipped although some mobile service providers, (Vodafone) do not cover the area. Locally there is a small shop come P.O....

'A nice little well presented cottage inside. A lovely kitchen with full amenities. Good bedroom space and storage. Lovely bathroom and shower facilities. Nice living room and dinning area. Very good central heating as it was cold outside. The cottage was always warm. Fantastic hot tub outside as well. Would recommend it and would go again. '

'Heel prettig en comfortabel huis met goede keuken en fijn bed. Ideaal om vanaf hier delen van het kustpad te wandelen. Er zijn wandelkaarten en wandelboekjes aanwezig. Fishguard en Newport zijn leuke plaatsjes dichtbij voor de boodschappen. Uitzicht vanuit de tuin is door de begroeiing in de tuin van de buren helaas in de zomer richting zee minder vrij. We hebben een hele goede week gehad!'

'Great rural location. Both the farmhouse and barn accommodated our party of 14 very well. The house was warm and comfortable. Kitchens very well equipped. Not a large garden but enough for children to play outside. Lots to do in the area. A few things needed repairing and Gareth was immediately very helpful. The campsite is immediately next door. Great communication with Gareth and Luci, although we were sorry not to have the opportunity to meet Luci.'

'Location is great for the town and if you cant find any parking on the street there is a carpark about 5min walk away @ £3 - 24hrs. Property is currently up for sale and needs a little work but the bathroom and kitchen are relatively new and everything else has had a lick of paint just needs a bit of modernising and the garden needs work and isnt secure at the back meaning the dog needed to be let out on a lead every time but did us for the short break we had.'

'Overall we had a great stay. A few down points for us, mainly the cleanliness. There were cigarette ends scattered in the outside area, there was toothpaste scattered up the bathroom wall, hairs all in the main bed and the dining chairs were awfully stained. Otherwise the property appears from the photos to be the whole cottage, but there is part of the property which is attached and is a separate booking (luckily not booked when we were there).
