'Good overall, but basic issues need attention
The hotel architecture is stunning and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is generally polite and helpful. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, though it can get crowded. Location-wise, it’s a 15–20 min walk to the old town, so not super central but manageable.
That said, service consistency was disappointing. I had to wait five days for a linen change, despite using the hotel’s “coaster on the pillow” method. It finally worked on day six — for...

'Nice stay in towncentre and close to bus/trainstation.
Friendly staff , clean rooms but a bit dated.
Room with minibar, no coffee/tea facilities .
Room ( street) noisy esp at night. ( cleaners/ garbage/ loud screaming partygoers) a shame because rooms quite warm sleeping with open windows, no option due to noise.
Further, we’re no a fan of carpet in room and found bed/matrass too soft, but thats personal .
