'Generally speaking, this was an excellent hotel from many perspectives: cleanliness, modern amenities, property that was well maintained, and general location relative to grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants. The reason why the rating is poor is that the hotel owners stupidly told a handyman to remove a pipe while it was still fully pressurized. The handyman should have said no, but he did it anyway. 'Beautiful property exactly as described. Great view of the lake, nice amenities, and use of kayaks was appreciated. Host was very responsive and friendly. Snacks and sodas provided were a nice touch, and so were the bathrobes and slippers and the hammock on the porch. Awesome property with everything you need. Will definitely recommend and stay again!!!'
