'Pool was closed due to glass broken. Maybe wouldn’t have happened if they had better supervision on property. Kids are running around the area, climbing on the rocks by the waterfall,etc. furniture it’s very dated and uncomfortable as a rock! Golf carts are constantly going and very loud! Checking in I told the gal my husband had a heart condition and she put us on the second floor and NOT walking distance to the pool/ammenties!! '

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '

'Loved staying here! Very clean room (and I’m pretty particular). Lots of fun things to do on the property (mini golf, heated pool, theater, arcade set to free play mode). Staff was very friendly! My only complaint would be the parking spots are too tight. Everything else was wonderful!'

'Very comfortable! We were a group of 2 families so the kickoff worked out great. Location was convenient to Williamsburg attractions but was very quiet. The kitchens had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable.Only complaint was check-in process— the room wasn’t ready til an hour past check-in and the staff at the front desk tried to pressure me into a timeshare pitch (thankfully I had messaged w the owner about this and she assured me it was optional).'

'The location was fantastic, nice indoor pool. Great little bar on the grounds with drinks and pizza, very nice game room with plenty of video games/pool table. Very close to colonial Williamsburg and all attractions '

'First of all, be aware of what you are renting. The "cottages" are actually townhomes and there are four per unit. The walls are extremely then/poorly insulated so you feel like you’re staying with the other people who are next door. That said,, the place was comfortable & clean, but not meticulously maintained. The units are showing their age for sure. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. They really made the stay outstanding.Basically, if you’re going to stay here, bring earplugs...
