'Everything was great until a severe storm hit the area. The power went out for the multiple neighborhoods, there was flooding in the streets, trees fell all over the place, and there was nothing anyone could do. The place is lovely though and so was the host. I would stay there again, weather permitting.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the "Cozy Dark & Moody Home" very much and would definitely rent again. The unit was clean and comfortable with a great layout for families or groups, including an outdoor patio for relaxing after a long day. Even though you're in town, the location is awesome and easy access to great restaurants and pubs, the highway, area colleges, and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away. Our host, Justin, was responsive to our questions and super great to work with.'

'very musty smell like it had been in a flood and not dried properly. There was a humidifier that was full to the top with water and we had to dump it. There were centipedes, spiders, mice and the more. There was a note left that the horses on site were dangerous and not to go to close. There were no paths to get to see any animals anyway. We stayed one night and had to leave it was uninhabitable. We would like our money back and have asked but still received no response.'
