'We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). Had a great time. Perfect location. Right in the middle of Cook Forest; close to Macbeth's and the river. Wish it were set a little further back from the road but that's just personal preference. It had a large wrap around porch with latched gates which was nice for our dog.
