The property is wonderful, but most Impressive was the care and diligence of Gena, the owner. She is very attentive and goes above and beyond to take care of her tenants. All the little amenities from salt&pepper and coffee to a Key Lime pie are provided. We loved it!

Stayed here for honeymoon
We had a wonderful stay here. This condo has a beautiful view and was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. Condo is very organized and has everything you need. The owners went out of their way to make it a special stay for our honeymoon. Beach was not overcrowded and not a long walk from the condo. We would definitely return.

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful view of the ocean, clean refreshing pools, relaxing bbq area with grills and patio furniture. Great location, close to grocery store, several different types of restaurants gas station, and several beach related stores for shopping! Will definitely be back!

Host was very attentive. Had lots of little touches in the condo that were very nice like having salt, coffee, creamer, fluffy towels, beach towels, etc. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, very relaxing.

Great Location
Very nice condo on the beach. The view was spectacular!!! We both loved the bedroom and the condo was beautifully decorated. The only thing missing was a towel rack to hang towels after being on the beach all day. Other than that we loved the place, plenty of places within walking distance to eat.

Thank you for the wonderful review and for the outside towel rack suggestion. We usually just hang them over our patio chairs for a quick dry in the sun. But an additional drying rack would be great for the patio. We will get one right away. . We are so delighted you had a great stay. Please do come again.

Awesome Week at Melody of The Sea
We cannot say enough about this property or about the owners, Robert and Gina. The condo is clean, well stocked in terms of amenities, and in a perfect location. The mornings and evenings on the balcony overlooking the water were amazing and totally relaxing. Check in was a breeze. You are just steps away from the beach, and the pool is clean and relaxing. Robert and Gina are perfect hosts, making sure that the condo was prepared, clean and inviting upon our arrival and were extremely responsive whenever we reached out to them for any question that we had or for anything that we needed. This rental was perfect for us all the way around and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing week in Perdido. Thank you, Robert and Gina. Hope to see you again some day.

This property was amazing! It was very clean and the owner supplied so many extras; coffee, snacks, key lime pie, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella! They had everything organized and labeled so everything was easy to find! My kids ages 6 and 9 loved the pool, beach and ghost crab hunting at night. It is also walking distance to a few restaurants and shops! Highly recommended!

Home Sweet Beach Home
The perfect place for our family beach vacay for our first time in Perdido Key! We’re so grateful for Gina and Robert’s condo hospitality. We were in awe walking in from all the welcoming personal touches and beautiful updated decor that make this place stand above! Very accommodating
So many extras I was not expecting. Plenty of everything, linens, towels and snacks! There is no washer and dryer but it’s not needed with what the owners supply. Lots of nice warm and welcoming touches I was not expecting. Great location, you could literally walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this condo for a couples get away.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach. Quiet and uncrowded. All photos are accurate and all 5s given in review are also accurate. We have stayed in other beautiful condos but what makes Melody of the Sea so very special are the extra touches Gina and Robert add; snacks, water, Key Lime pie, coffee and cream for the Keurig, reading glasses, luxury linens and towels, they have thought of everything! Luxurious Condo
This is the best place I have ever stayed. The property has luxurious towels and bedding, a very high quality kitchen with everything you need furnished, comfortable furniture, good TV and Netflix, serene surroundings with mostly older adults and families, a good beach service, great building staff and amenities. The managers were super helpful with any questions. There was even a decent restaurant across the street with a walkway to it. Condo is convenient to grocery stores etc. I will be back.

Gorgeous condo, incredible views!!!
My husband and I had an incredible 10 days in this gorgeous condo!! It was well appointed with anything and everything you could possibly need...far exceeded any other condo we have ever rented! While we didn't always have great weather during our stay, the incredible view of the beach and ocean was great to view while playing a game or reading a good book. Gina was fantastic to work with, checking in on us during our stay and leaving us special treats when we arrived! We would definitely recommend this property if you are planning a visit to Perdido Key!!!

Best Owners EVER!
Our reserved condo building was closed for Hurricane Sally repairs. The owners, Gina and Brian, went above and beyond; they booked us a bigger condo in the building next door, gave great recommendations, and loaded the condo with snacks and treats to make our stay even more special. They could not have been nicer! I strongly recommend this condo and renting from Gina and Brian. They are the best!

Wow! We booked 6 nights at Melody of the Sea as a make up for our anniversary trip was canceled in April and as a Babymoon before our little one arrives in October. We knew we were in for a treat from reading other reviews but our exceptions were still exceeded! When checking in the receptionist even mentioned we were in for a treat, as this unit is one of the best at the complex. Upon entering we found so many little touches personalizing the space to us... a letter board and hand written note welcoming us, Mr. and Mrs. mugs set up in front of the coffee maker, a key lime pie and cold waters in the fridge and an assortment of chips, just what we needed after our 11 hour car ride. We had groceries delivered the first night we arrived and had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals for the week ! The condo was very clean and had upgraded linens (towels and sheets) that we enjoyed. One of the little touches we really liked was the google home on the bedside table...we played ocean wave white noise every night and slept great! Our favorite memories from this trip will be the morning sunrise walks with our coffee on the beach and eating all of our meals on the beautiful balcony. We can’t wait to come back as a family of 3!

Save some time and book this place already!
Looked for the longest time for a place for my wife and I to have our honeymoon until we found this condo. My first thoughts upon viewing it were “there is no way this place really lives up to all these 5 star reviews it’s getting.” I sure am glad I decided to check it out for myself. It was nothing short of phenomenal. I have never had the condo owners go to such lengths to ensure that the guests have the perfect vacation. My wife is already referring to it as our “anniversary condo” so I think we will be visiting it again soon.

"Melody of the Sea" was such a nice place for my wife and I to get away for a few days. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. So Nice
We spent our honeymoon at Gina and Roberts condo. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a framed picture of us! How sweet is that? Key lime pie, snacks, water, beach toys, beach chairs, we had everything we needed and then some. The view was absolutely beautiful. Morning tea on the balcony was the way we started each wonderful day. We even saw a dolphin or two while sitting out there. The condo is located in an area that has much to do. We went parasailing, which was a very short walk from the condo, went on a dolphin cruise, a short drive from the condo, and ate at some fabulous restaurants close by. Our favorite was Steamers!! The crab legs were so good!! Gina and Robert were so gracious with helping us get dates to come to their beautiful condo. Our original plans were spoiled by the Covid situation but we were able to get alternate dates. We sincerely appreciate their flexibility and good nature in helping us get the vacation we dreamt of. We highly recommend Melody of the Sea. We would love to stay there again.

Set apart from all the rest
My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable and hospitable stay we've ever had! As soon as we booked, they were prompt to thank us for choosing them and asked our favorite deserts, drinks and snacks to have waiting for us upon arrival. So, as you can tell, we felt like we were being treated like close family from the beginning. Upon arrival, there was jazz music playing, a letter board wishing us a happy anniversary and a personalized handwritten letter from them on the table, and of course the beautiful panoramic view! They had plenty of games for rainy days, TONS of pool and beach toys and necessities, movies to watch, shower products, Netflix, our favorite desert, waters, and so many snacks were left for us. These owners are kind, generous, and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could need during your stay. We had THE BEST week there and will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beautiful and peaceful!
We had a wonderful stay at Melody of the Sea! It was the perfect place to spend our 20th wedding anniversary! Gina and Robert were very attentive to every detail, and very quick to respond to any questions we had through the entire process. They even provided some snacks, coffee, water, and a very delicious key lime pie! There was even smooth jazz playing when we arrived. Their attention to every detail is impeccable! We look forward to staying at Melody of the Sea again in the future. Thank you Gina and Robert, for making our 20th anniversary extra special!

Beach Paradise
Such a great place! Gina and Robert go over and beyond! When we walked in there was music playing! We almost thought we had walked into the wrong place! Everything was great from the view to the wonderful Key Lime Pie they left for us! Beach towels and chairs and snacks. They make you feel like this is your home for a short time. We will be back!

Great Vacation
Melody Of The Sea is the perfect place to relax and to forget the worries of the world. Robert and Gina go out of their way to insure your stay is perfect. They are two steps ahead of their guests needs. They have thought of everything you need for a great beach experience. Our stay was a breath of fresh air and sure appreciated. Peaceful / Relaxing / Beautiful Location
My husband and I stayed for a week in early March and had a wonderful time. Gina & Robert go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The condo is perfectly situated on a beautiful and serene beach. We wanted a relaxing getaway and this was exactly what we were looking for. We did not want to leave but will definitely stay here again when we visit the area. Thanks so much for being great hosts and so many special little extras!
