Thank you for the 5-star review. We are so happy to hear that you were pleased with the property and that is has a washer and dryer inside the condo. We are sorry that there was sand in the condo. We remove what seems like a "ton of sand" from the condo every Summer. It truly gets everywhere. We scheduled deep cleanings at the condo as soon as the busy Summer season slows down. Then the unit can be sand free for a while. Thanks again.

Due to Covid it's been difficult to find vendors to come out and do the work necessary to get the condo and building up and running. Most of our restaurants are up and running and the building should be complete this month. We would welcome you again.

Unfortunately there must have been cell towers out as well. We did our best to communicate and we realize the on staff property managers were first on site with current information that was not communicated with us. Typically we are very present and involved as much as the guest needs but we were also going through all the same weather conditions as you were. We are so happy to hear you were safe and all was well with you and your vehicle. That is most important to us.

Occasionally we receive a surprising review like this one. Rest assured that we take all complaints that are within our control seriously. Maintenance has been asked to evaluate the sofa, chair and King mattress. Obviously where beach chairs are set up on the beach by a beach chair provider and the number of guests on the beach at Peak Summer are not within our control. Most of our guests enjoy the great location of this budget condo and the great prices we offer for an oceanfront family condo. Each item will be evaluated and taken seriously. Corrections (replacements/repairs) will be performed as needed.

Many attempts were made to satisfy this guest. Many trip were made to the condo. Unfortunately there was a small leak from the condo above (it happens) which lead to the building mgmt fixing the leak in that unit, as well as sanitizing, applying Kilz (primer) and new paint to several spots in the condo. We were quick to respond and so was the onsite bldg mgmt team. If you've ever owned a condo or townhouse, you know that other units can affect your unit. While we were unable to prevent the leak from the other unit, we did what we promise to do. We responded quickly to the issue as soon as we were made aware of it and got it fixed.

The box fan is great to move the air around and to give you some white noise for sleeping. We are also pleased that you found the kitchen to be well-stocked. Thank you for the 4 star review. Perdido Skye is a well-maintained condo complex in beautiful Perdido Key, FL. As is typical of the smaller condo complexes, like Perdido Skye, the complex has 1 elevator since it's a low density complex. With fewer units our beach area is less crowded and so is the pool. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
