I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. 'The breakfast was really delicious, the staff were rather friendly. There are some cons. They have water fountains, very pretty but some dont work and actually had trash in them. The bartender for the evening cocktail hour was overworked but also rude. I actually got upset and crued later. I didnt pay money to go on a trip and have a lady roll her eyes at me. Literally made me not want to go to cocktail hour one of the things that was a highlight of the hotwl.'
