'Breakfast was very basic, bagels, muffins, waffles. The room was clean but no clock, no microwave ( until the last day of my stay) then they get them in the rooms. The pool was nicely heated but pool area was dirty and needed some major old! Would not stay here again.'

'Waited over 2 hrs to get in our room. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. 2 lights in room didn't even work.NO blankets on bed. Only sheets and a very thin bed spread. No cups. Only 3 pillows for the 2 beds.NO hair dryer. No bath mat. No wash clothes. TV didn't work. No clock. Front desk gal was no help. She was on the phone for over 3hr that we saw. Breakfast was joke. no selection. Needed ice you have to go across the parking lot to the other hotel. Same person in the morning mans both...

'The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.'
