The rest is probably restricted by rules of the management. The typical “Thai friendliness” is nowhere to be found. - far to little drinking water provided in the room (2,5 liter for 6 persons) probably to sell more Italian water?!? Which they serve as standard, but they also have Thai water. - overall the place feels like the management is lacking (understaffed, not sufficient training, etc) you get the feeling they want to maximize profit instead of your pleasure. Pros - beautiful designed resort - room fantastic and beds very good"
