'Was given 1st floor room by the elevator. It was SO loud with everyone talking as the came in and out of it both PM and AM. The shower water pressure was awful. Very very weak. and the bed sheets smelled musty. The mattress was also sunken in.'

'NOT RECOMMENDED. This was not what I thought of as an IHG hotel. Cleanliness was poor - even a large dry rotten peach/fruit pit was lying under desk. There were only 3 towels. The tv would not allow additional apps except Netflix and prime. The couch was supposed to function as both bed and couch.
