Hot water 💦 & continental breakfast were abundant but stuff was broken. Jacuzzi, one of the 2 elevators & juice machine were all down. Shower was not clean, but great staff and nice room otherwise. I’d say it’s more of a 2 star hotel.

Large room, exactly as described, more than adequate space in bathroom, could have used a longer shower curtain and larger towels, but everything worked! I really appreciated that we had the options like a hot breakfast and that there is a laundry room! I would stay there again!

I tried to cancel but no-one would answer the phone. Initially they answered but then put me on "hold" where I could hear people talking to the receptionist and everyone coming into the hotel. Then my husband tried calling and the same thing happened to him. We then got stuck with a one night fee. I can't comment on anything about the hotel other than it was terrible service with the booking and cancellation.

There is a disconnect at the hotel. Called from hotel for airport shuttle and nobody answered. manager very nice and reimbursed my uber but other employee could care less. When I checked out and called for my reciept, staff told me they were not allowed to give me a reciept because I booked through Expedia. Expedia told me the opposite. I just waited to call the next day to speak to someone who was whilling to help.

I liked that there were a couple of places to eat near by (both Taco places though), and the room was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that my room was right by the road and the parking lot, so it was noisy. Next time I would ask for a different area.

Hotel is in rough shape. The area around the hotel is also rough. Shower valve wouldn’t shut off. TVs didn’t work. Pool was not clean. We reserved 4 nights for a baseball tournament and decided to leave a day early so we didn’t have to stay there a other night. The staff was kind and helpful, but seemed overwhelmed.

This place was a dump! There was a crack in the wall, the heating/cooking unit was cracked and broken, and the towels were small, scratchy, and thin and they reeked of bleach. The chair under the desk was totally worn out, and there was only one ceiling light in the bathroom - in the front corner - so you couldn't see in the shower. The staff was very nice, but I'd NEVER stay here again.

Nothing unique. At check in was told that they did not have a record of our reservation from Expedia, thus they did not have a room for us. I had a copy of the print out from Expedia showing my confirmation #, so they gave me an upgraded room. There was no soap or shampoo in the containers in the shower, and the TV in the sitting room was not connected to the internet. No ice machine in the building and the pool and spa were black. On checkout I could not get a receipt because I made the reservation through Expedia I was told. When I got back from the trip my bank showed I was charged the $100.00 deposit that was supposed to be refunded. We certainly did not destroy the room. The people at the desk said that the hotel (Green Tree Inn) had been sold and was in receivership, so they had no services. Boy was that true.

We got their late Friday night and the attendant continued to answer the phone rather than placing them on hold to assist me. She finally got around to me and my husband and notifies me my room is not available. We let her know we have 4 kids so we need what we reserved and paid for. So she gave us a room on the third floor and one on first floor having to split my family. She did comp out a room which I’m not complaining about but the point is don’t have customers reserve rooms, have them pay for them and then go and give those rooms away and pretend you don’t know what happened!

Overall, our stay was not horrible. The service that was provided was good. We stayed in a 2 queen sized bed room. Surprisingly the room was very big. It of course had the 2 beds and a pull out sofa bed. The tvs did not work and when they did you would have to really push down on the controller buttons to select anything. We were very disappointed by the room upon closer inspection by finding crumbs, stains and even used makeup products across the room as if it was never cleaned. The bathroom was nice and big, however the tub did not drain properly hence leaving you in a puddle of dirty backed up water while showering. We were able to use the pool during our stay. Sadly when we got out we were left with cuts/scratches from the sharp seating and edges from the pool/spa. Another thing that left us upset was our skin was so irritated upon exiting the pool. The general area of the hotel is located in a very ghetto part of the city. The doors to the side entrances did not lock. The inside of the building is very run down. The dark ambiance and lack of employees reminds me of American Horror Story. I would highly suggest staying elsewhere for the price. If you do stay here bring bandaids and lots of cleaning supplies.

Having booked and paid for the accommodation through Expedia, Kelly at the desk tells me they have not been paid by Expedia and subsequently charged me for the room again plus $100 fee against the room which is supposed to be refunded on my departure. We will wait and see. My advise to others is avoid this hotel if possible. Advertise Airport shuttle which doesn’t exist. $20 taxi was needed.

We chose this hotel due to convenience of being close to airport so that was helpful. However, the pictures online show a much brighter/newer looking hotel. This one is very dark. The lobby and hallways are dark. The rooms are average. 4 of us checked into a 2 queen room. Only 2 towels. The shuttle service is confusing if you dont realize it’s actually a taxi service that was not explained very well when I checked in. Online shows breakfast at 6:00. However the once here it’s actually 7:00 on weekends. The tub fills when water and doesn’t drain when showering. We visiting Phoenix again, we won’t choose this hotel.

This property is really rundown. In our room, the rug was stained, the bathroom had lots of rust around the drain, and the sink faucet handle came off one time I used it. It was OK for a one-night stay before a flight out of PHX, but way overpriced for the dreary condition.

Not them. They were very kind and tried to help. They had no record of the booking. Expedia charged me on 1/19/24 for the room but never booked it. Expedia never made the booking and Green Tree Inns was sold out. I finally found a room at the 3rd hotel. Expedia owes me the difference in the hotel room.

It was dirty inside and the main bathroom didn’t have soap or paper towels. Also there were broken bottles in parking lot. Way over priced for what it was .

There was no sheets or blanket for the pull out couch. And when i called to the front desk, the lady said that there was no house keeper in the building and they did not have access to the laundry room. Also in the middle of the night the fire alarm was activated twice! My family and i did not get any sleep.

Hello Leandra, I do apologize for the issues you faced during your stay. the sheets and blankets should have been placed in a closet, however it is possible they were never replaced and for that I am truly sorry, I will speak with housekeeping to make sure that does not happen again. As for the fire alarm, we unfortunately cannot control the actions of all our guests, we have taken steps to ensure they will not be allowed to disturb any other stays in the future. I do hope you will give us another chance the next time you are in phoenix. thank you again for taking the time.
