'Wonderful work lave to stay for the Shakespeare festival. Walking distance to everything and yet still in a quiet peaceful street. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a very pleasant front porch for relaxing. '

'An older house so no central AC, but the owner had portable air conditioners in the bedrooms and living areas so we were comfortable. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown so that was nice.'

'This house is cute and clean. The check-in process was easy and smooth and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is about 12 blocks to the theater...about a 15 minute walk, so fairly convenient.'

'We gathered with family for thanksgiving for 3 nights. Property was easy to find and access down a 1 mile dirt road driveway. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed to host a large dinner. Loved the fireplace, air hockey and fooseball. We loved being greeted by two lovely dogs when we arrived '

'The cottage was as beautiful as advertised, even prettier and Jackie had taken care of everything you could possible think of. The garden was a delight even though the weather could have been better. I have been to a lot of different villas and cottages everywhere in the world and this one was the best as far as the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the host/manager is concerned. 'The cottage is as cozy as the pictures depict. This was my wife's and my first time in Jacksonville. The home had everything we needed, is close to downtown and we highly recommend you consider staying here. The one downside, the manager apparently uses just AI to communicate. When we had an issue, we could not get through to the manager using the phone number provided. When we attempted to get our answers using the Vrbo App, we only got automated responses and are question never got answered....

'This house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood but really centrally located to surrounding amenities. A beautiful and clean home - love the way it is decorated!! Jill was a great host. Her response time to any communication was almost instant.'
