'Hotel vlak bij centrum Pienza (1 min lopen). Prima hotel op alle vlakken echter het zwembad was in het midden van veel bouwactiviteiten erom heen. Geen aankleding, geen parasols (bij 38 graden), compleet sfeerloos en gedomineerd door de bouwactiviteiten links en rechts ernaast. Te duur voor de huidige staat van activiteiten en dit zou op zijn minst vermeld moeten worden. Dit was langdurig, niet tijdelijk. '

'Beautiful structure in typical local style. Very friendly staff and always ready to answer your questions with a smile. The food at the restaurant is good but not at the highest level you can experience in the area. We enjoyed the location a lot being very close to Pienza and Montelpulciano. Unfortunately the rooms are quite close to the main road and it can get noisy early in the morning. The view on Pienza is simply marvellous as well as the country road to Monticchiello.'

'We had an amazing time staying at this property: the staff were super helpful, going beyond what was expected to accommodate our late arrival. The room was very clean and cozy looking, the views surrounding the property were breathtaking, we couldn’t believe our eyes. The view of the property were we had our breakfast, looked like a postcard. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit it again'

'Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when...
