'Overall this property was excellent! The room and bathroom were clean and huge. Very high ceilings made it feel quite spacious. If you are driving, pay attention to the parking situation. You have to park at P1 and then walk, but it’s not far. The upside is that you’re staying right on the edge of town.'

'Beautiful property, clean and nice rooms. Our hosts were very helpful and the food amazing! Breakfast containing fresh fruits, local products and freshly baked cakes was fantastic. Pool and relaxing area with a view of Monte Amiata. '

'The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).'

'Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en grande partie rénové. Les extérieurs doivent encore l’être et dénotent. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. '

'Personeelsloze checkin is prima geregeld. Hotel is een 800 jaar oud herenhuis. Prima gerenoveerd, alleen de buren zijn goed hoorbaar en het sanitair veroorzaakt erg luide geluiden. Geen ontbijt beschikbaar, ook niet in de nabije omgeving. Ze offeren wel een "alternatief" ontbijt aan maar dat is zeker niet wat je in een gastronomisch land als italie mag verwachten.'

'Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space both inside and outside.We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is always impeccably maintained.Everything you need is available. Many thanks as well to the owner and to Daniela, who are both extremely helpful.If you have a question, they go out of their way to assist you.Highly recommended if you're looking for a villa in a peaceful setting with all the comforts!'

'Accueil très sympathique, appartement spacieux et la piscine est un atout majeur pour un week end de repos en famille. L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...

'Conveniently located property that was quiet, spacious and very clean. A/C was also strong and kept was cool despite the hot temps outside. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again when in Montepulciano.'
