'Gabriele is a fantastic host! Even though we unfortunately didn't met, the contact through whatsapp was perfect. He responded really quick and answered all our questions. Franca took care of us when we arrived and departed. Also a very kind, interested, helpful and lovable person. The house is all you can ask for and then some. It is situated uphill just outside Pistoia. (first time up was exciting :-)). Very nice located for easy trips to Florence (recommendable by train!), Siena, Lucca. Great...

'Villa Poggio Scalette was truly a dream place to stay on our vacation. The pictures cannot do this beautiful home justice - you have to see it for yourself!! The view, the amazing property, the Tuscan touches in the decorating with all the modern amenities - we already cannot wait to go back!!! 'We had a lovely 10 days in this house. Everything was very clean and cosy Big backyard with bbq and across the street the lovely pool with lots of beds and shade under the olive trees. 'The villa is super! Clean, good spacey rooms, a proper kitchen. There are nice features like sauna, jacuzzi, a proper swimming pool, place to grill. It is nicely located in surrounded by trees, and it is situated in the hills and therefore a bit cooler - which is very nice, no airco needed! The house owners are very nice, respond fast to messages, are more than willing to tell about the to-do's and the environment of Pistoia... to summarize, a pearl in Tuscany. We were with a group of 17...
