I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore.
And there is a very strong mold smell coming from the bathroom ceiling as it’s Sheetrock… on top of a shower.

2 rooms total of P16,000 cash. As we both agreed to give it back to
Me upon checkout without room damages.
We left the 2 rooms in good conditions as per Admin.
However, we waited until 8pm to send thru gcash but my P16k Sec Dep still on hold until Jan 26, 2025 as per admin due to I booked thru Expedia.
