'We enjoyed our stay here. It wasn't too busy so we got a nice room upgrade. Mark was a very welcoming host- enjoyed the history of the house and property. Had a great meal downtown per his suggestion. Eureka Springs was hopping - amazing band playing downtown. Comfortable and inviting place to stay!'

'We didn't have any problems checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind even though our check in was after 10:00. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very basic and outdated. The shower head was literally sticking out of a hole in the wall. The chairs in the room were very wobbly and felt like they would break at any amount of weight. We did enjoy the stay, however. It was good for the price. '

It is out of the way of anything so I would recommend bringing some microwable food but that means it is perfect for an escape from the hustle of life and a peaceful retreat. I know it's advertised as a wedding and event destination but I do think it should be more of a retreat destination. '

'Great views, lovely staff. Our room had a window in the shower that allowed others in the room to see in but otherwise the room was great. The balcony was shared amongst three rooms which could make for great talks with the fellow guests or great for a family to have a larger gathering place. '

'Jay is amazing! Absolutely is in the right business! So gracious and accommodating. I had an issue with the air congitioner and he apologized profusely and remedied the situation. I look forward to going back to Arkansas just so I can stay there again. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere with such a marvelous host.'

"Het hotel op zich is wat ouder en de kamers ook. Maar de bedden waren prima en de kamer was schoon. Het zwembad was nog niet geopend toen wij er waren maar je kon wel lekker buiten zitten op het balkon.
Voor het hotel stopte de trolley en hiermee ben je in een paar minuten in het leuke stadje. Voor 6 dollar per dag heb je een leuke sightseeing met de trolley door de stad.
Het hotel biedt geen ontbijt aan maar er is een prima restaurant in het hotel gevestigd waar je voor een goede prijs goed kunt dineren en ontbijten. Als we ooit nog een keer in de buurt zijn dan zullen we dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken en dat komt mede door het restaurant wat erbij zit!"
