'We booked through Expedia - we were assigned a room very far from the pools, but it was a beautiful walk so we did not mind as much. Although along the walk, you could see many many empty rooms.There was an unusual odor in the room that quickly gave us a headache. We called down to the desk to have someone check it out. They reassigned us a room, one floor directly above us, but we had to wait for it to be cleaned- even though there multiple empty rooms. The next room did not have a stocked...

'Muy lento el check in, mucha confusión, es muy desesperante y nada ecológico estar firmando recibos todo el tiempo por bebida y comida aunque sea todo incluido. Falta de personal se notaba en muchas áreas. Propiedad en excelentes condiciones, pero poca variedad de comida para desayuno y cena. No es un all inclusive tradicional. No tiene playa. 'You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with...
