The space
Staying near the beach gives you immediate access to the sand and sea, meaning you can enjoy sunrise walks, swim in turquoise waters, or simply relax in the sun at any time. The proximity to the beach also allows you to make the most of water activities like paddleboarding, and more, without having to worry about long commutes. Additionally, the vibrant beach culture and coastal entertainment enrich your stay, offering you a variety of options to enjoy local cuisine and cultural events.
Parking is available in the building (subject to availability) and on the street. Street parking is metered (green meters on most corners) at 10 pesos/hour. Enter your license plate, pay, and place the printed ticket visibly inside your car—otherwise, it may be towed. Parking fees apply throughout Playa del Carmen’s city downtown.
Other things to note
To keep our prices low and as a deterrent for guests to leave the AC's and lights on when they are not inside the property, we have the following rules:

1.⁠ ⁠Electricity consumption for Vacation Rentals: Each reservations includes up to 20 kw per day (enough energy to get through a typical day). The guest will pay for any usage above this amount at the rate the Mexican electricity company charges us. We provide a digital document at check-in which includes a photograph of the initial reading of the electricity meter and the updated document at check-out including a photograph of the final reading and the amount to be paid.

2.⁠ ⁠Utilities payments Long Term: For reservations of 28 or more days the guest will be responsible for paying the complete electricity, corresponding to the usage during his/her stay. We will send a picture of the electricity meter at check-in and will provide a digital copy of the official utility bill at check-out as a proof of the amount to be paid. For reservations of 2 months or more, the guest will be responsible for paying all the utilities (electricity, water, internet, and propane).

3. Avoid eating or drinking in bed, and don't sleep with sunscreen, makeup, or open wounds on.
In the case of permanent stains, bed linen replacement will be charged.
