'We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Florence! The room was absolutely amazing — spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, and you can tell the property is very well maintained.
The concierge staff was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They even left me a birthday card and a sweet birthday treat in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay feel extra special.

'We stayed here in November and had a wonderful experience. The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!'

'Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building'
