'Er Zijn veel faciliteiten, het uitzicht is prachtig en de bedden zijn heel goed. Helaas zat er een natte plek in ons bed, hier is geen verontschuldiging voor geweest. De staat van meubilair en de afwerking van de kamer is sleets te noemen. Personeel is over het algemeen laag opgeleid, de uitleg over service in het hotel ontbrak, jammer, het had ons verblijf nog mooier kunnen maken op zo’n mooie plek.'

'Zeer behulpzame eigenaren. Hadden op ons verzoek een uitstekende BBQ georganiseerd. Mooie omgeving met onbeperkte mogelijkheden. En een zwembad voor de kinderen. Cabins gedateerd, maar dat heeft charme.'

'Hotel was oke, met een ruime kamer maar wel aan de oude kant. Badkamer heeft vernieuwing nodig. Ontbijt was lekker met verse waffels, bagels, verse fruit. Ik miste wel wat eieren en bacon. Omgeving is prima. Littleton is een mooi dorpje. '

'Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower. Several good restaurants within 2 blocks (Scorpio's was great). Breakfast here is pretty minimal, but they do say it's a continental breakfast, & you can get a standard meal just across the street. Grocery store right next door & gas stations are nearby. '

'Was on our bucket list and glad we finally made the reservation. Loved this B&B for a romantic getaway. Well maintained property with historic appeal. Welcoming staff on arrival - felt personal and inviting. The Hampshire room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Old English vibe. Dinner and the complimentary breakfast were delicious. Enjoyed walking around the property and playing some of the outdoor games. Definitely will be back.'

'Staff was very nice. The parking was limited but doable. Lots of stairs, no elevator, but it was a very nice and pretty building. The staircase was kept tidy and clean. Had enough soaps for the night. Great breakfast and overall, it was a nice cozy little stay for the night. Thank you, staff members'

'We did not want to leave!!! Bobbi-Sue was amazing- answered email questions- made us feel like family! They even had a bonfire going every night for the guests! Cabin was gorgeous - exceeded our expectations and this stay was one of the highlights of our entire bucket list New England visit! Thank you, PMR!!! Bobbi- Sue is such an asset to your company!! "What a lovely motel – exactly what we were looking for! It’s clean, there’s a beautiful and well-maintained pool with toys, and we really appreciated being able to park right outside our door. We received a warm welcome. We arrived a little early, but luckily a room was already available. It was great that they were so accommodating. The souvenir selection was a nice touch! There are plenty of dining options nearby. Mt. Washington is easily accessible from the motel. We had planned to take the train up to the Mount Washington Observatory Deck, which was a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Greetings from the Netherlands. 🇳🇱"

The Glen House Hotel

"Left with mixed feelings. We were friendly greeted. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, excellent bed and shower. The scenery of the lobby and backdrop of the mountains is stunning. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly but probably understaffed. It took a very long time to get the order in and adter the first course it took about 30 minutes for the second. We didn’t mind too much but there was a guy sitting next to us who waited equally as long just to make his order. We simply didn’t see any staff for 30 minutes at all. The food was average to be honest. I had their signature burger which was very dry and tough to swallow. The fries very salty. Not great, not bad. Dessert was good on the other hand. There was a mixup with the bill (we got it from another table) so had to walk to the counter. Honest mistake and was solved quickly and friendly. Next morning we decided to checkout first and then stay for brunch. There was nobody at the counter and there was a sign to simply drop the keys so we did. We went over to the breakfast/dinner area. We ordered drinks first which again took a long time time to arrive. You could tell she’d forgot because when she returned to take our food order she noticed we hadn’t received our drinks. The food was okay, and not expensive. I received our invoice during breakfast which stated a weird charge so had to go to the counter to sort that out. It was yet another mistake. Staff is friendly yet many mistakes. "
