'We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. '

'My flight was canceled at the gate 2 days back to back and I couldn't go't, and the host would charge 100%. Do NOT book this place.'

'You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. 'I had a couple issues during my stay- (1) the fan was not working (with no air conditioning, this made the room hot). (2) The bathroom sink would not drain (I was advised to go purchase a drain solution which I would be refunded for), (3) The stay requires an €800 Euro damage deposit to be paid on an external site. The deposit was supposed to be returned approx 15 days after the stay, but after not receiving it for 30+ days, I had to message and ask where it was- prob wouldn’t have got it back...

'Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.'
