'Great property - plenty of space, clean, overlooking a lake. Fantastic communication from the hosts...we had a small issue with water - they were on it straight away. Only small gripe was about the estate facilities... restaurant and bar closed in Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm (I think). The portal for booking water sports was not particularly user friendly...we only wanted to book 2 hours but the portal indicated the only option for 2 hours was to start at 2pm - it turned out from staff that we...

'The house and park were very nice and spacious. Everything what we needed was available and clean. The only minor point to mention is the fact that the couches were a little worn out and may need replacement. Everything else was good.'

I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit. 'The house is spacious and comfortable, with good chill out spaces inside and out. The views over the lake are beautiful and peaceful. The decks are spacious and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy to find or operate.'

'We had a lovely family break. Lovely peaceful location. Our house was lovely, in both bathrooms there was hairs on the floor and spiders in every room and up the stairs. Kitchen facilities were great. Lovely for a mini break, did feel around the grounds could have been better sign posted so get around and also thought it was limited with just one place to eat or drink.'

'Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. '
