'The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nicely set up, with plenty of light and comfortable seating for reading, knitting or doing a jigsaw puzzle. I am claustrophobic and very much appreciated having a sliding door to the outside and a wonderful long distance view. The breakfast had a lot of good options. The eco-friendly part was interesting. The top of the trash barrel had a hole for "Trash" and one for "Recycling", but there was no divider in the actual barrel, so...

'My wife and I enjoyed our time at the resort. Property is quiet and well maintained. Views are breathtaking and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and pleasant and sought to make sure we had all we needed. Food was spot on! We tried as much as we could that was on the menu and couldn’t find anything we didn’t like and wouldn’t eat again. 'This hotel is one of the best I have seen in a long time. The furniture is modern and comfortable, the room was with oceanview. The light morning snack (croissant and croissant au chocolat) was good to get the day started. The whole experience left a very warm feeling.'

'The view was incredible, and I was lucky to be visiting during the Harvest Moon. It was stunning. I did find other guests' hairs in the bathroom drawers which was a bummer. It made me not want to store any of my things in any drawers.'

'Very nice place to stay. Communication was great with check in staff and there were options for key retrieval after hours if needed. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would have wanted differently is the air conditioning unit to stay on all night rather than turning off/on after reaching a certain temperature in the room. The turning off/on made sleeping soundly throughout the night difficult at times.'

'Stayed here in October, on our Leafpeeper tour. Great location for touring Boothbay area. Great ocean views! Updated room, comfy bed and outstanding breakfast! Only suggestion/complaint is outlets bedside for electronics. '

'The Rockford Harbor Hotel is an amazing luxury hotel. Our suite included a dining area, living room with fireplace, bedroom with fireplace, and two fabulous bedrooms. The hotel dining room had one of the best harbor views and great meals. The hotel and restaurant and bar staff were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the hotels fine restaurant, there were two of Rockport finest restaurants within a very short walking distance of the hotel. '
