Luxe appartement perfecte locatie
Het appartement is luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Nespresso, flatscreen dvd speler bestek glazen koelkast ed. Daarnaast is de ligging ideaal, in het oude gedeelte van Porto en op kruipafstand van restaurants en kroegen (hierdoor wel ietwat gehorig)

Een uitmuntend en zeer modern ruim appartement met groot balkon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer gastvrije receptie die je echt heel goed helpen en hele goede dagelijkse schoonmaak. Verder gelegen in zeer gezellige buurt met veel restaurants en terrasjes.

Centraal gelegen tov. metrostation en oude stadsdeel in leuke buurt met genoeg eetgelegenheden. Appartement zag er mooi uit, badkamer was klein en daardoor niet prettig in gebruik. Geen lift aanwezig.

Absolute topklasse, het appartement maar ook het personeel! Super aanbevelingen voor restaurants gehad. Naast het appartement zitten verschillende restaurants (een Chileen “Panca” en op de hoek zit nog een restaurant) en werkelijk fantastisch eten! Bij het appartement zit een mobiele telefoon waar je het hele verblijf gebruik van kan maken met internet. Ze hebben een eigen app waar alles over porto in staat. Super tof!

Rigtig fint værelse og god beliggenhed. Tæt på seværdighederne. Vi bookede, fordi der står, at værelset har lydisolering. Det vil vi nok ikke kalde det. Vi oplevede nemlig en del larm fra restaurant, musik, snak/råb fra gaden og selvom vi boede på den lave etage, så var der meget larm fra trapperne mellem værelserne. Så hvis man er ligeglad med larm, så er det er super fint sted.

The apartment was comfortable but it was too noisy. You heard people walking up and down the stairs and through the walls and ceilings. Our studio was on the 3rd floor. Without an elevator, it was quite arduous carrying the luggage up to the apartment

I loved everything about it. They arranged my transport from the airport and the concierge met me at the entrance so I could store my bags for a couple of hours. She gave me keys early so that I was all set for getting in the apartment at 3. The apartment was clean beautiful had a great balcony. Everything is well thought out and arranged. The bed is comfortable. The App gave great restaurant recommendations.

This place was amazing! The location is outstanding- walkable to almost everything. The rooms are exactly like the photo - clean and well designed. The service and hospitality was fantastic- Tatianna was so great! We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and look foreard to returning in the future!

La habitación bien pero, al no ser un hotel, no se limpia ni hacen la cama. El personal está solo hasta las 17:00, por lo que se complica la solución de cualquier problema, pese a su amabilidad. La carga y descarga del equipaje se complícala ser una calle estrecha y ocupada por terrazas. NO TIENE ASCENSOR por lo que hay que subir dos o tres pisos con las maletas por la escalera.

We loved our stay. Tatiana was very communicative and gracious during check in. The room is like your own little apartment/loft for a couple. It was in a great location to walk all over Porto. Very spacious, clean and modern. There are restaurants literally underneath the hotel which was great for a late dinner. There could be people playing music in the street so if you want an early night of sleep it could be difficult. It didn’t bother us, we loved it, as it was romantic and we were up until 11pm everyday anyways. The music typically stops around that time or earlier. We would recommend and stay here again on our next trip to Porto.

Really liked this Apartment. Great location, walkable to everything. They upgraded us to a deluxe apartment at no charge because the standard one we booked had a problem. It was spacious and very comfortable. The only issue we didn’t know about was there was no elevator. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage.

The location and room were fine with basic amenities. It would've been nice to have enough coffee for the entire stay for two people. We stayed three nights and were offered 4 coffee pods (terrible for the environment) and no other option to make coffee. When we asked for more pods we were told that we could get it from the person who would be there in the morning. However, there was no one there in the morning, so we did not get our coffee. The overall communication and helpfulness of the staff was missing...they seemed to not care about the people staying there and acted as if it was a burden to answer questions or help the guests. Some basic customer service skills would go a long way.

Perfekt, eine 10!
Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 08 im obersten Stock (Deluxe-Studio, Stadtblick). Es war genau die Wohnung, die auch in den Ankündigungen von Hotels beschrieben und abgebildet ist. Es gibt in dem Gebäude keinen Lift und bis in unsere Wohnung waren es 72 Stufen. Wir sind in unserem Alter (75/72) noch gut trainiert. Weniger trainierte Leute soillten vielleicht nicht den obersten Stock wählen. In der Wohnung ist alles da, es fehlt nichts. Tatiana Teixeira hilft in allen Fragen. In der Umgebung hat es viele Restaurants und um die Ecke auch eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Der schöne Bahgnhof von Bento ist etwa 70 Meter entfernt. Ausflüge mit dem Zug nach Avairo oder Guimarães (ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt) sind zu empfehlen. Unsere Note für dieses Appartement: perfekt, eine 10

We loved the balcony and views from the room. We were in the 4th floor so it was a lot of stairs. The bathroom needed more light, very dark. Very centrally located, near lots of great places to see and eat.

We were thrilled with this hotel! The check in was smooth, Tatiana was very helpful and spoke great English. The building is a bit older so there was some noise from the room above us but nothing unmanageable (we had apartment 4). The location was perfect and a short walk down the hills to the river. Conveniently located next to some top sights, tons of restaurants and delicious bakeries! This hotel even has their own app to download for free with tips on restaurants, sights to see and maps of the city. The room was so cute and had a great loft style layout. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed (fridge, stove, coffee, tea kettle and more). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment/hotel! They will also arrange airport transportation, total bonus!

This is a very convenient spot, short walking distance (5-7 minutes) from the popular tourist spots and transportion such as Livraria Lello, Clerigos tower and the Sao Bento metro station. The Campagna train station is about 10-12 minutes by taxi. Couple of nice restaurants, both high end and authentic Portuguese as well as coffee shops in the area, all within 5 minutes walking distance. With the University of Porto buildings nearby, chance to see some fun activity by students and faculty. If you are looking to do some shopping, the Rua Catarina shopping area is about 12-15 minutes walking distance. All in all, a very convenient and spacious apartment for a couple. The concierge of the property, Tatiana Teixeira was a pleasure to work with. Quick to respond to your questions and needs.

Great location for exploring Porto! This apartment was clean, modern, spacious, well-appointed, and centrally located. The big doors and windows opening onto the balcony offered amazing views of the city. The only challenge for us was the stairs - we were on the top floor and going up and down the many flights was a bit rough on the knees. If you don't mind getting some extra stairs in after walking all day around the hilly city, then Oporto Street Sá de Noronha is a great option!
