'Old rooms. The shower controls didnt work great. Lizard on the wall'

'Very nice hotel! With the newest technologies in the room. Clean and great food'

'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro. The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks) Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Prices are reasonable here (it still is Moscow after all). There might be more romantic and more luxurious...

'Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel'

'All great, and close to the airport (15-20 mins)'

'Very good location and maintenance'

'Excellent stay'

'Te sterke niet prettige geur in kamer'

'Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants.'

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Bathroom door was broken. Not enough towels.'

'Well the front desk was helpful but it can’t be said for the housekeeping staff. I had to ask for things twice and still didn’t get them. I had to change the room from the 7th floor to the 4th floor to get wifi reception and that didn’t help much. The front desk manager did let me borrow his wifi dongle. The shower drainage was clogged and there were no hooks to hang clothing behind the door. The breakfast was average at best but wait staff were awesome. If u need strong wifi signal then perhaps...

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend. Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'Alles was perfect kwa service, faciliteiten en eten. Wat ik zelf minder vond is dat ze in het weekend feesten houden in de restaurantjes beneden wat zorgt voor ongelooflijke lawaai tot in de vroege ochtend uren. Ik heb om 2 uur snachts met de receptie gebeld om te vragen wat er aan de hand is en was geïnformeerd dat het snel klaar is en dat het om een feest gaat. En dan duurde nog zeker een uur voordat het voorbij was.'
