'Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.'

'My mistake was I didn't read the check in instructions super carefully, so I it did make check in more frustrating! The instructions are especially difficult to miss on expedia - but note there are specific hours when you can pick up the keys. Also, the instructions also say it's the 2nd last door on the left, when it is in fact the last door on the left. On to the room - it was fine, serviceable for what we needed. 'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '
