'Ik weet niet waar de vijf sterren vandaan komen. Het personeel verdient 5 sterren! Behalve een dame bij de receptie die geen zin had om mijn probleem op te lossen in het weekend. Gelukkig waren haar mannelijke collega’s wel flexibel.

'This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.

I regret not taking her name but I recommend her service and think the room with balcony was great. I loved the amenities. The rooftop pool and bar and staff. Super friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy and nice but the finish is not great and the shower is leaking.'
