Perfect Retreat for Large Groups - Spacious and Immaculate
Our recent stay exceeded our expectations - from the moment we stepped in, the cleanliness and attention to detail was evident. Everything was spotless, making us feel comfortable and well-cared for. Each room was meticulously maintained, with fresh linens and tons of little things like toiletries and first aid supplies in the bathrooms. The size of the cottage was perfect for our group, providing ample space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The living areas were cozy yet spacious, and the bedrooms accommodated all of us with ease. The kitchen was a great - fully equipped and large enough for multiple people to cook together. This cottage is a gem for anyone looking to accommodate a large group. Its cleanliness, size, and overall comfort make it a top choice for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return!

You won’t be disappointed!
A group of seven ladies stayed here for 3 night and we couldn’t be happier. The place is large, very clean, equipped with everything you need and more you didn’t know you needed. Large awesome fire pit with plenty of wood. Beds were very comfortable and all the rooms very large as were the bathrooms. Lots of extra towels if needed. Only wish our stay was longer.

Great for Large Group
This property had everything we needed. Any kind of of small kitchen item you may need, multiple tea and coffee appliances, even a milk frother. Miscellaneous toiletries in all bathrooms, hair appliances for the ladies, plenty of towels. The property was lovely and the house was decorated beautifully. We were so pleased and it made our stay stress-free. There was plenty of room for everyone and allowed our family to stay together and have an exceptional visit.

Old Friends Reunion
We were 10 friends (5 couples), getting together for a reunion. The home was very clean and organized with plenty of supplies. All the rooms were roomy and beds were very comfortable. Everyone had their own room and although none of the rooms had ensuites, the 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers, was adequate and supported our needs. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of room to move about. The dining room could sit 12 people comfortably. The very large yard gave us ample room to play some games and later relaxed by the firepit. The host, Michelle, was very responsive to any of our enquiries. We are already planning next years reunion at this same place..

Beautiful Home For Large Group Stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s home. Her place was extremely clean, had everything we needed, close to the Sandbanks Provincial Park and Downtown Picton. Her check-in and check-out process was very organized and easy to follow. Michelle was very quick to respond to all of my questions and was very accommodating and helpful! Wouldn’t hesitate to book her home again if we come back to visit.

3 generations celebrate
Perfect house to have 3 generations gather to celebrate my 70th birthday! There was enough space to accommodate 10 adults and 6 children, both inside and out. The dining area was excellent for a large group.The back yard was huge and was well used for many games-soccer,frisbee,badminton. Sandbanks is nearby for day trips, which we enjoyed even in the cool weather of the Easter weekend.

Home away from home
We wanted to do something special for our mom's 70th birthday and got her 3 children and their families together to celebrate it. Michelle's property was the perfect setting we could have asked for. Impeccably clean, it was very well stocked, and had an awesome layout, perfect for family game nights and dining fun. We had a great week at this farmhouse, only a short distance to beautiful beaches. Plenty of space for the 7 adults and 7 kids inside and out. The house was fully equipped and we did not need anything. Highly recommended.

Superb house for large families and groups
We had a fantastic stay at Michele's house. We liked the location which is on a quiet street between a couple of cottages and farms, yet a short drive to all our favourite destinations in PEC. The house itself was large, and very comfortable for our large group (2 families with 5 children in total and their grandmother). There are plenty of spaces inside and outside the house and many showers and bathroom which makes living together easy. The kitchen was very well supplied (litterally everything we could hope for and we cook a lot) and it felt like the owner really cares about guests having everything they need (many many towels for guests to use for example). The house appliances were also high quality and the A/C very effective even during the intensely hot days. We also liked the fact that there is both a gas and charcoal oven, plenty of space to sit and eat outside and inside but also a fire pit with a lot of wood for guests to use. In a nutshell, everything we could hope for a comfortable and fun stay in PEC.

Just what the doctor ordered
The farmhouse was huge and well equipped. Michelle was very welcoming and attentive. We had a terrific week staying at the farmhouse while we were visiting Prince Edward County. After a challenging past year and a half, it was nice to get away with friends and have a relaxing vacation. The location of the farmhouse is also perfect...10 minutes or less to Picton...20 minutes to Sandbanks...and not far from really any point in PEC. We will definitely return someday!

County Charm with all the Amenities
A stunning property perfectly situated in the County. The rooms were spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The massive main floor kitchen and living space made it difficult to want to leave! All the amenities of your own home plus the little extras made this weekend away a stress free getaway. Not to mention - SO MANY bathrooms and bedrooms!! The owner provides an extensive Tip Binder with suggestions for County excursions plus answers to any FAQ. What more do you need? I will only ever book this vacation rental when visiting PEC.

Je ne pourrais recommander plus chaleureusement cette propriété pour vos prochaines vacances dans la région du Prince Edward County! L'emplacement du chalet est idyllique et surtout loin du traffic du centre-ville permettant à tous de bénéficier de quiétude sur le porch d'en avant! Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la grandeur de l'endroit, la luminosité et l'ensemble des détails enrichissant notre séjour. Lors de nos locations précédentes dans d'autres chalets il nous manquait toujours un petit quelque chose ou bien des items ne se trouvaient pas inclus dans la location ce qui n'est pas le cas avec Michelle. L'endroit est impeccablement bien réfléchi et entièrement équipé pour le plus grand plaisir des locataires. Les enfants qui ont profité d'une semaine de vacances bénie se bercent encore le soir des nombreux souvenirs récoltés dans le chalet lors de cette parfaite semaine de vacances. Je vous recommande vivement l'endroit, en espérant que nous ne réserverons pas la même semaine!

Great Thanksgiving weekend
This is our second time staying at the 3 little birds farmhouse. The very large and well equipped kitchen allowed all my sons (3) to prep most wonderful dishes. Our grand kids enjoyed the outdoor space to play catch and other games. The proximity to the Sandbanks Park, as well as, to many breweries and apple orchards made our long weekend most enjoyable and thankful for the availability of places like 3 little birdhouse farm.

Great girls weekend!
This farmhouse was exactly as description shows, very spacious and well stocked. We had a great time. We encountered an unforeseen issue Saturday morning and Michelle answered her phone right away and dealt with the problem immediately. Perfect for a large family to be together.
Our family of 17 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Everything, from the communication with Michelle to every aspect of the house, were perfect. We were greeted with a personal card and a bottle of wine. Every little detail is well thought. The kitchen is perfectly suited to cook for the whole family. Everything was clean and the whole house made us feel like home. A lot of things were included such as toothbrushes and beach towels. I cannot think of something negative to write about our stay. I highly recommend renting the house.

Great weekend at the Picton Farmhouse
Once again, we had a great stay at the Farmhouse. The house is well suited for our group, 10-11 guys and is fully equipped. It is close to Picton so we got to enjoy the Micro Breweries and were able to pick up some missed grocery items. We look forward to next year.

Great place for a family to be together
Our family: 8 adults and 5 children (ages 12 to 4) had a wonderful long weekend at the 3 ltlle birds farmhouse. Our grandkids had plenty of space to play outdoors and indoors. This farmhouse was very clean and had everything that was needed to make us feel at home. It was very thoughtfull of the owner to equip each one of the bathrooms with shampoos, toothbrushes, and tootpaste. The wine and beer fridge was really appreciated and put to a good use by our beer and wine loving sons.

Lovely time in Prince Edward County
We had a lovely time at the 3 Little Birds Farmhouse in Prince Edward Cottage. The farmhouse was large and well equipped with everything you need from dishes and bakeware to linens and beach towels. Was looking for a place to house out of town guests for our son's wedding in Bloomfield. The house met and or exceeded all our expectations. We were particularly impressed with the amount and variety of household items for every type of event. Michelle the owner was always quick with a response when we had any questions. Beautiful house with a lot of attention, perfect for a family gathering
This house is just great! Not too far from Sandbanks (and the beach), not too far from Picton and no neighbours. The great backyard is great to enjoy a sip of wine when back from the beach. The kitchen is perfect for a family who enjoy preparing great meals. The rooms are spaceful and the kids really enjoy "the dorm" where they could sleep all together for a full week (with their cousins). The central air conditioning works great. The bathrooms are amazing: beautifully designed, big and with a lot of supply. No shortage of anything (towels, etc.). We were 11 overall with grandpa, uncles and ants, cousins. We most definitely recommend this house.

Perfect Family House
We were an extended family with 8 adults and 5 toddlers. The house was ideal with lots of communal and private spaces. Each family had their own room and bathroom, but we were still able to share meals and play time together both inside and on the decks. The house was clean and extremely well supplied. Michelle was very good to deal with. There are lots of things to do in the area and we would highly recommend 'the County'.
