She would come and make sure everything was good. She even offers to throw our plates away after we were done eating. Awesome customer service! '

'Everything was fine except the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and since I booked through Travelocity, there was no notice ahead of time. Luckily I didn't book it based on that, but we were kind of bummed.'

'I thought the property layout, design & finishes were done very tastefully. Wasn't sure I was going to like the concrete walls, ceilings & floors but it was great. My disappointment was the fee for parking. I had called to inquire about parking and was told parking was free and was then charged $20.00. Tried disputing charge but needed to speak to GM. Sent GM an email on Friday 5/10 regarding the parking issue.'

'Staff was very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the pool was cloudy, the pool floor was soaked and they only had small towels available in pool area. '

'After making a reservation on line using HOTELS.COM. When checking into the hotel they double charged me ( paid for the room via HOTELS.COM and when the hotel asked for the credit cards incidentals they also charge me for the room. When I brought the 2nd charge to the front desk attention the manager said there wasn't anything they could do . I left a voice message for the Dir. of Operation at the hotel but no one has returne my call after 2 days.'
