Deze Caribbean Guest Cottage heeft een open conceptontwerp met queensize bed, gewelfd houten balkenplafond en twee patiodeuren. Een patio deur leidt naar de afgeschermde veranda met aparte ingang en buiten ontspanning. De andere patiodeur leidt naar het barbecue- / grilldek naast de keuken. De beschutte veranda biedt uitzicht op bloeiende struiken (Beauganvalie & Hibiscus), palmbomen, mahoniebomen en andere volwassen bomen om een schaduwrijk gebied te bieden om te ontspannen op de Hammick of je voeten op de Ottoman te zetten terwijl je zit in onze South Beach Chairs in de tuin.

Het interieur is voorzien van gewelfde caribische houten balkenplafonds wit geverfd, 12 x 12 Italiaanse porseleinen tegels overal. Ingericht door een binnenhuisarchitect voor optimale functionaliteit. De studio heeft een dubbele kast met een queensize bed. We hebben onlangs de halve muur naar links 16 "verplaatst om ruimte te maken aan elke kant van het bed, om een nachtkastje te hebben. Het wordt dus niet meer tegen de halve muur gedrukt met de witte stelling. We hadden dezelfde tegels over zodat het tot in de perfectie is afgewerkt. De tv-ruimte heeft een luxe Stanley Day bed met veel kussens, een poef en een onderschuiflade eronder met 3 compartimenten voor uw kleding. Hun is een hoge kwaliteit Twin Matras op de dag bed en 26 'flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler gemonteerd boven de koelkast in de hoek, zodat u het kunt bekijken vanuit de slaapkamer, de Daybed Area of tijdens het bereiden in de keuken. De keuken heeft witte kasten, prachtig zwart, goud en zilver granieten aanrecht, onderbouw wastafel met een moderne Moen kraan met sproeier, grote koelkast met vriesvak, fornuis met 4 branders, een oven en vleeskuikens, broodrooster oven, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, blender , magnetron, potten en pannen, bestek, borden, mokken en glazen.

We hebben zojuist de badkamer bijgewerkt met witte keramische tegels van muur tot muur van 8 x 16 "van de vloer tot het plafond. Daarna voegden we een 4 "Kobaltblauwe accentband horizontaal rond de kamer toe, door de douche en de vensterbank. We hebben kobaltblauwe minitegels "zonder slip" op de vloer van de douche geïnstalleerd. Eenvoudig schoon, helder en prachtig te houden.

Witte badhanddoeken, handdoeken, washandjes en hoogwaardig wit linnengoed.

We hebben ook een nieuw Screened In Porch-systeem, nieuwe raamschermen en schuifdeuren geïnstalleerd.

Weber Spirit Barbecue met gietijzeren koekepan in het midden. Ook propaantanks voorzien. Er is ook een volledige reserve.

Witte Igloo-koeler, modieuze strandhanddoeken die u op het terrein of in de huurauto naar het strand kunt gebruiken of gewoon kunt verkennen. We raden aan om je koeler vol water en gatorade minimaal te houden, met een zak ijs, zodat je de hele dag gehydrateerd kunt blijven en geld kunt besparen. Ze verkopen waterflessen van 24 en 32-formaat bij IGA & Gatorade in veel verschillende maten. Ze verkopen ook bier, koelers, alcohol, wijn en sterke drank bij de IGA, alleen niet op zondag. Ik beveel de Wine Cellar Store tussen de IGA en Sweet Escape aan voor betere prijzen voor bier, alcohol, wijn en sterke drank. Er is ook een TCI-eilandbrouwerij die Turks hoofdbier maakt en het verkoopt voor ongeveer $ 33 voor een geval van 24. Ze verkopen ook Rum voor ongeveer $ 14 voor een 26er. Ik geef echter de voorkeur aan de lokale Bambarra Rum die ze verkopen in de Wine Cellar & IGA. Het heeft een heel mooie smaak en ze gebruiken het om de Amazing Rum Cake van het eiland te maken. Ze hebben twee verschillende maten en ze maken geweldige cadeau-ideeën. Je kunt ze kopen bij FOTTAC in Regent Plaza, in de Wine Cellar of de Departure Lounge op de PLS Airport. Ze maken ook een geweldige Jerk Spice, West Indian Mustard & Guava Jam. Ze hebben een Gold Rum, Silver Rum, Reserve Rum & meer.

We kunnen een jeep of SUV-verhuur, Seadoo 3-zits PWC of een 21 voet Wahoo Center Console Bootverhuur regelen, beschikbaar tegen een extra vergoeding!

Paradise Oasis

Absolutely loved our cottage paradise at Sweet Escape for the week! Katherine has anticipated every need for her guests to have a perfect vacation. A great experience

Great little cottage

Cottage had everything my husband and I needed for our adventurous vacation. Josie met us at cottage and made the best rum punch for us!! She also went over maps and gave us ideas to eat and visit. We felt very safe at the cottage as it has gated entry. Tons of added ammenties to use here if you choose which gives makes you feel welcome. We used the provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler alot which saved us money as we traveled to different beaches daily. We added 2 extra nights to our stay and were promptly assisted with this. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Turks and Caicos

We had a great 8-night stay at the cottage, which is centrally located to everything on Provo. It is perfect for 2 people--if you have more than 2, go for the villa! Katherine was a great host, giving us lots of information before we arrived and helping us out with things there, and we highly recommend her.

Perfect for Two!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this very special little cottage. It was perfect and exactly what I expected from the pictures and description. Kitchen had everything we need to cook which was good because Turks and Caicos is a very expensive island. We pack a suitcase with frozen food from Omaha steak( learned from other trips to the islands) and we were so glad we did. Groceries are expensive(butter is $16 a lb) but once you get over the sticker price it was OK. Just be prepared! The location of the cottage is perfect, short drive to multiple public beaches with free parking. We were reluctant to try Bight Beach but it turned out to be our favorite. Never crowded. Short drive to multiple restaurants too. We have stayed on St John and Abaco and found that the driving on Turks and Caicos is much easier even though it is on the left. We will definitely be back!

Perfect little get away

This was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to stay during our visit to Turks. Having the ability to be mobile on the island and access to all the wonderful beach supplies at the VRBO opened lots of options to see the whole island all the beautiful beaches. Location was central to everything on island. Katherine works hard to make your experience the very best. She’s a great communicator and pays attention to all the details. Had an amazing time staying at this villa. It was clean, very quaint, and comfortable. Plenty to do at the cottage, with all water gear supplied: kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach chairs, etc. Though not on the beach, it has access to a dock that gets you to the water. We rented a vehicle at the airport for our stay (although, you can rent 3 different vehicles from the cottage) which allowed us to explore the island, as there are many amazing beaches to see. Preferred this to staying at a resort where we might of been limited to one beach. We had the luxury of having the host, Katherine, staying on the property. Although, she gave us all the privacy we wanted, we enjoyed spending time with her, as she quickly became a good friend and attended to any of our needs. She even provided us with some of her own groceries on the first day we arrived, until we were able to stock our own. Seems like she also had a never ending supply of Rum Punch that she continually invited us to share with her. She also took the time to explore with us and show us all the good spots around the island. She was absolutely amazing and we plan on staying in touch with her, especially since we will eventually go back. The location of the cottage is centrally located on the island, so getting to every point on the island was very easy. We easily give this rental a five star rating and would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay

The cottage was just what we wanted and all two people need. We enjoyed sitting on the canal side deck. It has great access to all the beaches, but you need a car. The host provided a world of information and their assistant was there to greet us, answer any questions and make suggestions about what to do and where to go. They were very responsive to the few needs we had during our stay. We look forward to our return.

Katherine is very responsive and accommodating. The 3 of us stayed in the guest house. At first we thought it was going to be too small of space, but quickly realized that we were only there to shower and sleep. We spent 6 days venturing to every edge of the island. - The location is perfect, right in the center and short drive to anywhere. - Top of the Cove Deli was our daily breakfast and coffee. Great stay in Turks and Caicos

Perfect reasonable spot to stay on T&C in Provo. Great location just on a short bumpy road to get there. There are a lot of bumpy roads here. Great amenities provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, cooler chest, snorkel equipment. Kitchen is a great plus. Katherine is very friendly and meets you on check in and checkout providing you with all the local spots to eat and see. Great tips on how to get around island. We’ll be back!

A Relaxing Stay

Katherine sent detailed instructions regarding the arrival process and information related to our stay. Josie greeted us with rum punch, which became our staple for the week. The cottage was charming and cozy, just right for our family. We rented the jeep and spent most of our days at one beach or another - which is all we really wanted to do after coming from a place with subzero temps. The property is on a canal, that is salt water and very swinnable, I came across two large turtles. We used the snorkeling gear to snorkel the beaches of Providenciales. I would stay there again.

Cottage stay

Katherine and Josie made the whole experience even better. Katherine provided great details and support about "must see" places and restaurants. The cottage was clean and easy to find. The area felt safe as well. Its close to the beach and easy access to the main road.
