'We hebben over het algemeen een prima verblijf gehad. Wij hadden het middelste huisje met aan beide zijden dus buren. Door de zeer dunne wandjes was het wel gehorig. Het huis van binnen is gezellig, landelijk en wat betreft spullen goed ingericht. Wij zaten in een zeer warme periode en dan was het op de slaapkamer heel erg warm. Horren voor de ramen was wel fijn geweest. Het uitzicht is werkelijk fantastisch. Je hebt eigenlijk niet meer nodig. De gastheer is super vriendelijk, spreekt goed...

'We hadden een heel leuke vakantie! Ideaal huisje voor 2 personen op een prachtige locatie. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars die veel tips geven over mogelijke uitstappen. Zwembad en huisje waren enorm proper. Een aanrader!'

'Mooie woning, mooie spullen die aantiek aandoen en prachtig zijn, mooi landschap eromheen en veel ruimte. Alleen de wifi leverde af en toe wat problemen op, maar Mr. Giulio (de eigenaar) snelde echt met een oplossing en een snellere verbinding proberen te bewerkstelligen. Echt een aanrader dit huis.'

'Wij hebben een geweldige week beleefd. De ontvangst, de netheid/hezelligheid van het huis, het zwembad, de omgeving, hebben ons verblijf bijna perfect gemaakt. Locatie ligt dichtbij Lucca en mooie plek als de Apenijnen en prachtige plekjes. Enig nadeel was dat je altijd je wel de auto nodig hebt, ook voor eten etc. '

'We spent a wonderful week at La Zinobita. It started with a very warm welcome by Giuseppe and this wife. They were very friendly and helpful. The house was nice and clean, the pool very refreshing. The house is at walking distance of a supermarket and several pubs and restaurants. We definitely would like to come back another time!'

'Frederica, her family and their dog are wonderful hosts. The house is charming, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the peace the place offers as well as its location nearby Florence, Prato, Lucca and others. We definitely recommend this accomodation Frederica and family have created a ideal place to stay. However, the instructions given by Friends of Tuscany were not clear. When we tried to call them they did not answer and have still to return our phone calls.'

'Zuerst, Herr Biondi ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf einige Dörfer. Das Rustico hat großen authentischen Charme früherer Zeiten. Was man vielleicht eindeutiger erklären muss. Die Anfahrtsstraße von Pescia ist abenteuerlich schlecht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und rutschig. Zweiradfahrer sollten sich gut überlegen dort hinunter zu fahren. Es gibt ca. 200 Meter oberhalb des Hauses eine Parkmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist sehr sparsam...

'What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation. It stinks of mould and kerosene inside, which then becomes a safety concern as well. Thankgoodness we were able to refund one night because we could...

'we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!'

'Oh how we love i vivai. We stayed here last year and we knew we just had to come back. The place looks amazing, the staff are really friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the food by the pool is the best and for us the most important thing. It is super clean! I have asthma and have a hard time finding places i can stay in. But this is excellent. We are at our second stop in italy now but we miss i vivai already! They could learn a thing or two from i vivai! Wish we never left! '

The house is very charming, but also has great modern facilities like a fully equiped kitchen, window screens against mosquitos, lovely rain showers etc. The view is as amazing as you might dream. The kids had a lot of fun exploring the lush garden while we had drinks on the patio. The road up the hill was a bit scary the first time, but as Massimo promised...

Lovely stay in beautiful accomodation

"Ou family, ranging from our 6 and 9 year old children up to their 80+ year old grandfather,had a lovely stay in this beautiful accomodation. The house is very charming, but also has great modern facilities like a fully equiped kitchen, window screens against mosquitos, lovely rain showers etc. The view is as amazing as you might dream. The kids had a lot of fun exploring the lush garden while we had drinks on the patio. The road up the hill was a bit scary the first time, but as Massimo promised we got used to it. It is comfortably close to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, the beach, the mountains...would love to come back some day and would absolutely recomm"
