For the cost and at the location where it’s, I would expect a better maintenance (lack of many amenities, hot water missing and annoying pets). The hotel manager is really friendly, and that’s the main point advantageous that place has. '

'The staff was awesome! From check in, to dinner in the restaurant, to check out, everyone was so nice and kind and helpful. Check in was seamless, and the staff came up to help us with the controls for the air conditioning. she also sent an email immediately when I left my passport at the desk during check in. We had a wonderful conversation, in English, with wait staff in the restaurant. I think they enjoyed practicing their English. And they went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian...
