'My experience wasn’t the best. The staff, from the lobby to the buffet and especially the coffee shop, often seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. The elevator wasn’t working, there was no hot water, and the food was disappointing. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and clean, which was definitely a highlight. To be fair, this was just my experience—others may feel differently. The only people who seemed genuinely happy were the entertainment crew… and the timeshare reps...
