'We loved the Marcela Resort. It was a 2-bedroom / 2-bath unit, and very large - at least by US standards. From the wrap-around deck, it had an amazing view of the pool, down the mountain, and out to the ocean. It had a full kitchen, separate jacuzzi, and in-unit laundry. 'Absolutely lovely stay for one night, wish we could have stayed longer! Spacious, clean, with beautiful views. Staff was extremely friendly. Easy walk to the beach area, bit of a challenge walking back up the hill but very doable and well worth it. '
