***There is a on gping construction right besides the building, the working hrs are from 8 am to 5 pm frokm Mon - Fry. Saturdays from 9 am - 2 pm. This faces the guests bedroom and the living room.
-This is a space where comfort and quiet coexist with design and community. Guests are kindly asked to enjoy the rooftop and common areas respectfully, keeping voices down, especially in the evenings.
-The pool is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 am, and the building is a smoke-free environment, though a designated outdoor smoking area is available.

We want you to feel at home—and to help everyone enjoy their stay, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:
-The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, including any visitors. This limit is part of the building's regulations and helps ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
-All visitors must be registered at the front desk and show valid ID upon arrival.
-Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am in all common areas and inside the apartment. Loud music, shouting, or parties are not allowed.
