Onze Condo heeft alle luxe en comfort van een mooi, goed uitgerust appartement. Het appartement is professioneel ingericht en is 100 meter naar het strand. Er zijn fantastische restaurants, nachtclubs, bars, theater en kunstgalerijen, allemaal in de buurt, dus GEEN AUTO NODIG. U kunt lopen naar de markt, gastronomische supermarkt, alles wat u maar kunt bedenken voor uw perfecte vakantie. Het comfortabele HOOFDKUSSEN TOP BED wacht op je. Wij bieden wekelijkse schoonmaakservice. Geniet van zonsondergangcocktails bij het zwembad.
Geniet van het balkon met uitzicht op de hele baai van Bandaras en het dorp Puerto Vallarta. Huur 's nachts een dvd of kijk naar de tv van CABLE. Neem je favoriete CD's mee en speel ze af op de STEREO, ga op het balkon zitten en kijk wat serieuze mensen aan het kijken of gebruik INTERNET WiFi om te zoeken naar de nabijgelegen restaurantkeuze voor de avond.

Dit appartement is ontworpen voor casual, elegant comfort. Heb een geweldige tijd.

Er zijn 90 stappen van Amapas Street naar onze Condo. Onze Condo is 4 vluchten vanaf het zwembad dek wat resulteert in een fantastisch uitzicht. Het gebouw 'terrassen' langs de kant van de berg. De meeste mensen vinden de stappen een goede oefening.

(Wanneer u voor het eerst met de auto of taxi aankomt, neemt u de snelweg 200 naar Privada Abedul # 10. De conciërge kan u ontmoeten in de lobby van het Brisas del Mar Hotel en u begeleiden naar het appartement.)

Perfect location with stunning views from the pool top area. A few stairs, but not bad. Great location and within walking distance to great restaurants. We had a great stay and loved this condo.

Great location! Close to the beach and restaurants, but not on top of them. Slept with the windows open and could hear the waves crashing, as well as some ambient street noise, and birds singing in the morning.

Great location!

Great location! Nice, adequate accommodations and excellent communication with the property management company. Could use a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Comfortable couch and bed and fully equipped kitchen. Steps were not a problem for us...good exercise and a stop at the Hideout for a boozy pop was always refreshing. Pool on the rooftop was very nice. There was a large poolside space with plenty of chairs/tables/loungers. Great spot to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Stay in Amapas

Terry’s condo is in a perfect location, which made walking to the beach, bars and restaurants in the Romantic Zone very easy. The apartment is minimalist and has all the basics. It would be nice if the kitchen had a few more items like some Tupperware/reusable containers, silicon tongs, and a few more sets of utensils. I also struggled with the hardness of the bed and pillows, but that’s quite standard for Mexico. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the other tenants in the building are friendly. We’d definitely come back to stay again!

Awesome place for vacations

Great place to rent a condo. All you need in a nicely renovated condo. At night you can hear the waves! The heated pool and spacious terrace offer a great view of the gulf. I would return without hesitation. PS not for people who can't climb stairs.

Great condo in a perfect location!

This condo is situated close to the beach in the heart of the romantic zone. The unit is well appointed with all you will need and is close to shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. It has a private balcony as well as access to a pool deck with fantastic views of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay. The complex does have stairs, two floors down to the ground level and three floors up to the pool but very manageable and got us in shape. Terry was very responsive, thanks for that, and the check in was more than accommodating. My husband and I loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

The condo is clean, functional, and had everything we needed for our short stay in PV. The space was the right size for our three-person family, and was thoughtfully designed and decorated. The property manager was very responsive and patient as our arrival time changed due to holiday traffic. The rooftop pool was a highlight for our daughter! Overall, a great stay.

Quaint Little Villa

We spent 72 days at this property and really enjoyed our time. The response time when questions come up were immediate and with results. It truly is steps from the beach! You can spend hours or minutes at the beach and it's never an issue.

The apartment was clean and very well stocked. Property management company dropped the ball I had to message owner to get new codes to enter Property as concierge didn't get back to me.cleaners wonderfull the maintenance guys very friendly and helpful. The only other thing was no internet on the upper pool deck which we expected and it even said in the manual that it had internet up there.

Worst directions ever given. Front desk didn’t help finally found a maintenance person to get ahold of host. Told us not to touch mirror was behind couch not on wall. Screen door was duck rape filthy!! There were 4-5 remotes but no batteries. Key set didn’t work to open blue gate were stuck outside 45 minutes. The only positive part is Vrbo took great care of us and put us in different hotel

Well appointed condo close to the action

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. Terry even provided drinking water that more than lasted our week stay there. You'll be right above Amapas but just a bit out of the flow of traffic. So, it is quiet on the balcony when you want to sip some morning coffee. Terry was very responsive.

Great location and unit for value

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Terry's property. The location was perfect right near the beach and everything the Romantic Zone has to offer. The unit itself was great relative to what we paid so I was pleasantly surprised seeing it in real life. There were a couple of issues - right when we got there we learned the AC units were not working, so we did not have AC for our entire stay. It stayed surprisingly cool most of the days but it did make sleeping difficult a few nights. Also the internet was not super ideal for 2 people working from the unit. It got the job done but was much more suited for 1 person. Overall, it is a great listing for 2 people on vacation or 1 person working remotely.
