Cozy and modern condo located in the vibrant neighborhood of Versalles! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families, with sleeping spaces in the bedroom and living room.

Take advantage of the condo’s proximity to the beach—just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive away! The neighborhood is full of life, with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and public transportation all within walking distance.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a small balcony. There’s also a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote workers. The spacious living room has a balcony and includes a sofa bed (double), making it easy to accommodate extra guests. Please note that the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two children or one adult. However, it may not be ideal for two adults.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bar stools make it perfect for casual dining. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop pool with stunning views of Puerto Vallarta, a sitting area to eat up top, and a barbecue grill.

You have access to the entire unit and rooftop pool area.

This is a second floor unit with an elevator. Building is located on a quiet street, but in close proximity to the main avenue. We are approximately 18 minutes from the airport.

As the owners, we live about 5 minutes away from the property. So we’re always available to help if you need anything during your stay!
