The service was terrible at the buffet. Workers would take forever to sit you down, 5 workers would pass by and they wouldn’t think to ask what we want to drink. Outside of the service at the buffet only everything else was great! The resort itself is beautiful!!

This property is absolutely beautiful! It’s very clean on th grounds, the lounge areas, by the pool, the halls and the room. They have plenty of dining options and are located throughout the property so you get a chance to walk around and enjoy the view. There’s an app you download that was extremely helpful. You book all your reservations there and it has the menu for all of the restaurants. You can get room service through there, any maintenance issues, and it has a property map. The resort has 1042 rooms but you were not on top of people which was great. Plenty of seats available at the pools and in the beach. My bf and I are already planning to come back in Dec. this place is a 10 out of 10!

We just got back from a week. We had an excellent time here at Lopesan. Property is beautiful and even better at night. Rooms are very nice and very clean. We enjoyed all our meals at the restaurants and the coffee shop is excellent. Only negatives for us, beach is huge and nice but there is a lot of boat traffic, especially late afternoon, was not a problem for us, but something to consider. Pool’s are excellent and I think that everyone can find a vibe they are wanting. The Adults only pool was really rowdy later in the day which we didn’t enjoy but then we would move. The restaurants were all great and for the most part the main buffet was good, but could be a little hit or miss. We would not hesitate to book here again.

The property is definitely vacation vibes but it lacked hospitality. The staff wasn’t as friendly except at the casino. They were awesome! The food was okay. The rooms need to be soundproofed. I could hear the tv from next door and the kids upstairs. I stayed on the adults only side which I didn’t understand why I would hear kids. I would give it this resort another chance though.

This was a girls trip with myself, my sister and mother who is almost 80. We had a spendid time! The grounds were gorgeous, the facilities and pools were so clean and the staff was cheerful, helpful and very pleasant. And the food/restaurants were fantastic. Were were there for a week and still didn't get to try everything!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Lopesan! Some of the highlights are the food, great drinks, fabulous shows, and overall cleanliness / luxury / newness of the property. Our only minor complaint is that the beach is a bit small (swimming area) is limited and there are lots of tourist activities / boats in close proximity, but nothing too egregious.

We had an exceptional and unforgettable time at Adults Only Club at Lopesan Costa Bávaro - All Inclusive. This luxurious resort offers a five star experience - exceptional food, top-shelf liquor, elegant suites and great customer service. We enjoy our morning coffee and Bavaro Cafe exceeded our expectations. Each day, we began with a Café Dominicano Latte curated by Mirla, our Barista. We are foodies and whether at the buffet, Goldfish Bar, with an extensive food selection, including locally inspired dishes, fresh salad bar and grill to order choices or the several al la cart restaurant options, we had an amazing culinary experiences, not just meals! The Adults Only Pool & Bar was secluded and Domingo went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all guests had their drinks and were having a great time. Jesus, the guest service manager and his customer service/reception team, was attentive and ensured that we had a great stay. We are so pleased with our stay at Lopesan, we plan to return with our family and friends! Our stay was absolutely amazing!

Great. The food was ok, it was our only gripe. It was not good in the buffets and only two restaurants (the French and the Mediterranean) held their own. So be aware everything will be excellent, but you won’t be eating much.

Went to this property two years ago and loved it, so we came back! Was disappointed in the decline in service and hospitality as well as buffet food. Was there to celebrate honeymoon and all they did was leave a note in the room congratulating us. Last time would bring champagne and oj to the room for morning mimosas… this time they were going to charge for champagne. They did not change our sheets once while we were there (6 nights)… and daily we had to wait till night to get fresh towels… after we had already showered for dinner. The maids left a tv blaring in the empty room beside us so we were unable to sleep at all one night from the music thumping. Had to wait until afternoon of the next day until it finally got shut off. I am returning here for a bachelorette trip with friends next month and am disappointed that I recommended this place to them.

Was mostly a good stay. Vendors were a bit pushy, but not too bad. alot of the staff was happy and friendly, however there were quite a few staff who seemed miserable and unhappy and it was obvious. overall pretty decent stay. thank you.

We liked the atmosphere, very relaxing with all the water feature pools. The adults only areas on the beach and separate pool were great. Lots of a la carte restaurants to chose from with no limit. Beach was great, could walk for miles. I know it's like difficult but, wish they could do better in keeping the buffet food hot.

Lopesan Bávaro Hotel is the best 5⭐️’s hotel that I have been in DR. Beautiful and well maintain main areas and rooms, polite and friendly staff, extremely clean, tasteful decorated, comfortable furniture, mattress, pillows, bedding, and a lot of seating areas. The food is fresh and well prepared, there is a big variety of drinks to try. The gym is big and with new equipment, the coffee bar it is better than any high end coffee shop. Several infinity pools, including an only adults pool and a water park for kids. A private small beach with clear blue water and soft white sand.

The layout of the resort and scenery was beautiful. App to make reservations, order room service or any other requests was very convenient. Pools very nice and clean. Beach was gorgeous Enjoyed the coffee and ice cream shop on the boulevard. Lots of variety for dining and food choices. This was our first all inclusive beach vacation out of North America so we found food quality, taste to be a large adjustment. Drinks were great - really enjoyed the ones from the adult only bar as we found they were more consistent in how they were made. We had a good time!
