'Had a great time. I enjoyed the hotel very much. Nice staff,very helpfull,polite. Clean room,comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel for business trips,but also for sightseeing and making trips to other cities. Good connection with the bus to Castleford train station. Shops in the area and junction 32 outlet shopping including cinema and multiple restaurants. Also parks and nature in the area for nice walks. Thank you for the nice stay'

'Staff were impeccable. Food excellent. Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. '

'Clean room, shower was powerful. We were unable to stay at the hotel on our first night due to an electrical issue in some of the rooms so had to stay at another hotel. This situation was handled professionally and politely by Lennon. '

'Het hotel bevindt zich op een groot parkeerterrein (services) met diverse eetgelegenheden. Leeds en York zijn goed te bereiken. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Helaas was de volgende dag onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hier kwam niet echt een professionele reactie op, later wel excuses.'

'Friendly staff welcomed us, upgraded the room and let us check in super early so we could head out for the day without bags. Lovely spacious room, clean and great amenities too. Fab location for Leeds city centre and the train station. Highly recommended. '

'We loved the hotel. Only criticism wish could have stayed longer! Beautiful quirky interior. Spotless spacious room with good air con lovely shower and white company bath products and v comfy bed. Good price too of room and drinks in bar. Didn't actually have breakfast so can't comment HOWEVER did order a cappuccino which was horrible (just watery milk) 🙄 I cannot wait to go back and stay again. Just ten minutes to town great location. '
