We hadden geen tijd om te zwemmen in het hotel, want Shanghai city is veel te mooi! Drie dagen verblijf voor ons was veel te kort, We komen terug naar China! eerste wereld!'

'Goed hotel goede ligging ten opzichte van de stad. Heel eenvoudig te reizen met metro op loopafstand van het hotel. In de omgeving voldoende restaurants te vinden voor een goede maaltijd. Ontbijt te duur en maar een optie Buffet(30 euro) op loopafstand winkelcentrum ontbijt voor nog geen 7 euro'

Although older, the hotel is comfortable and the spa area is very nice. Close to French district, Jing'An temple and subway station. Good affordable choice for luxury hotel with great service.'

The bad experiance what I had is ,,i took a taxi from the Narita international Airport, to the hotel an,he over charge me ,, he ask for almost 400 Chinees money,, The staff from the hotel i told them whats happen,,they said thats too much,,,the taxi price is 200 or alittle more ,,
I was very sad to hear that...but I couldnt do anything about that,, the guy did'nt gave me a payment bond...

'Stayed here for 4 nights in late July. Had a wonderful stay! Room was large and bright, and had a really nice feel. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Stay came with breakfast which was quite yum. Laundry room was very handy although it can get busy with only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Great location with metro literally 100m away, and short walk to Jing'an Temple.'

'Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%'

'This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place.'

Het lukte ons bijvoorbeeld niet om via een app een taxi te regelen in verband met een vroege vlucht. Het personeel heeft ons daarbij goed geholpen. Tevens is alles op loopafstand bereikbaar en metro zit om de hoek."

De ligging is uitstekend gelijk aan de Nanjing road ,ontbijt was uitgebreid.
Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
We kregen nog een gratis late check out omdat ons vlucht pas in de avond was als een service van hotel.
Als we volgende keer naar Shanghai komen , dan komen wij weer naar de Crowne Plaza"
"Luxe hotel, maar erg gedateerd. Airco koelde niet , maar kon alleen verwarmen. Het was 26 graden op de kamer. Heb het raam maar opengezet om te koelen.
Locatie is perfect"
