'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...

'Check in was great, front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and very comfy bed. A few 🙁 … parking lot had zero lighting! It was pouring rain when we arrived later at night and we couldn’t see a thing. Very weak shower and water pressure. Other guests came back at 2 am slamming doors and yelling at each other. Other than these, loved our stay. '
